Troop 28 will be hosting our annual Holiday Potluck and Dinner Party at St. Paul's Church! We ask that you contribute to this event to make it as exciting as possible! We have divided up our Troop into three sections for food to bring:
If your last name starts with A - H, please bring an entree for 6-8 people; If your last name starts with I - P, please bring dessert for 6-8 people; If your last name starts with Q-Z, please bring a side dish for 6-8 people. The troop will provide plates, napkins, cups and drinks.
We will need 5 scouts to help set up at 5:30 pm and all scouts will help with clean up at the end of the evening. Help includes setting up tables, chairs, and decorations.
There will be a gift exchange. All Scouts are encouraged to bring a wrapped gift ~ $15 value.
Dress code: Class A.
There will be a short Court of Honor recognizing the scouts who have earned badges and rank advancement.
Due to the upcoming rainy forecast, we have moved the holiday party indoors to St. Paul's Church (new locations) starting at 6:30 PM (new time) on Sunday December 12th.
Since the new time is during dinner hours, please consider contributing a main dish to share with the troop. As in the past, we have been successful using the alphabet system. If your last name starts with A-L bring a main dish for 4-6 If your last name starts with M-Z bring a dessert for 4-6 The troop will provide drinks.
